What everybody asks

Does SubTracker connect to my bank?
No, and it never will: no open banking, no bank account, no card. Subscriptions are added by hand in two taps, or recognised from the payment receipts that arrive by email.
Does it track instalments and financing too?
Yes, and it is the main difference from almost every other subscription app. Beyond Netflix and Spotify, SubTracker follows instalment plans and financing — appliances, phones, buy-now-pay-later — with how many you have paid, how many are left and how much is still to go.
What does SubTracker read in my mailbox?
Payment receipts only, read-only. No personal conversations, no data resold, servers in Europe. Access can be revoked whenever you want and the account is deleted in one tap.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Subscriptions and instalments with no limit, with one mailbox connected, forever. The Pro plan adds AI reading of your receipts, unlimited mailboxes, savings tips, projections and data export.
How much does Pro cost?
€1.99 a month, €14.99 a year (like €1.25 a month) or €79.99 once, forever. It is activated inside the app and cancelled in one tap from your store settings.
How is it different from other subscription apps?
Two things. First: almost all the others ask you to connect your bank account through open banking — SubTracker never does. Second: almost all of them track subscriptions only, while here you also get instalments and financing, which usually weigh more than Netflix.
Is it an Italian app?
Yes. SubTracker is built in Italy, speaks Italian and English, and the data lives on servers in Europe. The service catalogue covers what people actually use there: DAZN, Now, Mediaset Infinity, Il Sole 24 Ore, the financing plans of Italian shops.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, on both: on the App Store from iOS 15 and on Google Play from Android 8. There is a browser version too, with the same account: what you add on the phone you find on the computer.
