Deleting your account and data

You can delete your SubTracker account and all the data connected to it at any time. It is free.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open SubTracker and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile icon at the top right.
3. At the bottom of the screen tap “Delete account” and confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate and final: the account and the data are removed straight away.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to subtracker.apps@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete account”. We handle the request and confirm the deletion within a few days.

Which data is deleted

• The account (email address and password);
• All subscriptions and instalment plans;
• The movements and the receipts found;
• The connections to your inboxes and the related access tokens (encrypted).

All this data is permanently removed from our systems at the moment of deletion: we keep no copies. Only anonymous technical logs, or data required by law, may remain for as long as strictly necessary.
